Так прям и говорил. Ето видно по оригинальнам текстам стенограмм. А не в удобно переиначенным переводом, которого дает Бережков. Текст етого тоста внесен в официальном журнале конференции и ето является официальным текстом. Ведь советская страна не предявила претензии к неправильной записи.
